What a sitting costs, and what changes the figure
Fees are for the planner’s time and the page you take home. They are agreed in writing before the first meeting and paid by bank transfer to Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd.. The rates below are a guide you can read before you write.
| Consultation | What you receive | Fee basis |
|---|---|---|
| Home-Purchase Readiness Review | Two meetings and a written note, usually across three to five weeks | 12,500 baht for one or two adults. 2,500 baht for each additional adult whose income or debts are included. |
| Deposit and Monthly-Cost Mapping | Ninety minutes and a one-page tally the same day | 4,800 baht, regardless of the house price. |
| Household Debt Review | About two hours and a column of up to four active credit lines | 7,200 baht to start. 1,200 baht for each line beyond four, quoted before it is added. |
| Joint-Buyer Conversation | About two hours with everyone who may sign, and a one-page record | 6,400 baht for the group named when you book. |
What moves a fee
The readiness review grows when more adults put income or debts into the same note. A couple is inside the starting fee. A parent who is only lending a sum and whose own loans are outside the note is not automatically a third adult; if their loans must be read because they will sign the housing loan, they are included and the extra fee applies. We say which, before you pay.
The debt review grows with the number of active lines, not with the size of the balances. A single large truck loan is one line. Four store cards are four. You may stop at four and take the column as it stands.
Mapping and the joint-buyer sitting stay flat. A later readiness review is a new fee. The mapping fee is not subtracted from it, because the short tally is a finished piece of work.
What the fee covers, and what it leaves alone
The fee covers preparation, the meeting time, and the page. It does not cover a lawyer, a survey, a land-office copy, or a bank’s application charge. If you ask us to pay for an official copy and we have not yet spent the money, it is returned with a cancellation. Once the office has paid the land office, that outlay is separate from the planning fee.
Travel to a house you are viewing is outside these rates. Meetings are in Tambon Rueso, Amphoe Rueso, Narathiwat 96150, or by telephone when the journey is difficult.
Questions households ask before they transfer the fee
Can two siblings share one readiness review?
Yes, if both incomes and both debts belong in one note about one house. They are two adults inside the starting fee. A third sibling who will also sign is the additional adult.
Will you book the bank appointment?
You book the lender you choose, and you take the note with you. We will tell you which figures on the note a credit officer usually asks to see again in original form.
Our papers are in Thai, and the family talks in Melayu.
Bring the papers as they are. Malee writes the readiness note in Thai or English. Arif can conduct the debt review and a joint sitting in Thai or Melayu. Say which you want when you write.
When is the fee paid?
After we confirm the week and the fee in writing, and before the first meeting. Cancellations and returns are described on the refunds page.
