Terms of use

These terms govern your use of neural-passageway.click and any consultation you book with Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd.. The office is at Tambon Rueso, Amphoe Rueso, Narathiwat 96150. By using the site or confirming a sitting in writing, you accept these terms.

The practice

Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd., registered in 2015, provides financial planning for home-purchase preparation. A consultation produces a conversation and, where the chosen sitting includes it, a written note or tally based on information you supply. Loan decisions remain with the bank or the Islamic Bank of Thailand you approach. Sale contracts and transfers are handled by your lawyer and the land office.

Using the site

You may read the pages and send an inquiry for a genuine household planning to buy a home. You agree to give your own name and an email address you can open. Automated harvesting of the pages, and any use of the inquiry form to send messages unrelated to a consultation, are outside the use we allow.

Bookings and fees

A sitting is confirmed when we write to you with the fee, the week, and the papers to bring, and you accept. Fees on the rates page are a guide. The figure in the confirmation letter is the figure that applies. Payment is by bank transfer before the first meeting. Cancellation and return of fees are set out on the refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Your papers

You are responsible for the accuracy of wage slips, statements, and loan figures you provide. The note reflects what those papers show and what you tell us in the meeting. A number you withhold will be absent from the note. You decide whether to buy, wait, or approach a lender.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and readiness-note structure on this site belong to Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd.. You may share a link to a guide. You may keep the note prepared for your household and show it to your lawyer or a lender. Reproducing the guides or the note templates for a competing practice, or presenting our wording as your own publication, requires our written permission.

Liability

Planning notes are prepared with care from the materials you provide. They are a record for your household, prepared at a particular date. House prices, lender rules, and land-office fees change. To the extent Thai law allows, Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. is not liable for a purchase, a declined loan, or a loss that follows a decision you make after the meeting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law refuses to limit, including liability for fraud.

The site is offered as a source of information about the practice. A page may be updated when a fee or a process changes. The confirmation letter for your sitting prevails over an older page if they differ.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are submitted to the Thai courts. If you write to us first at info@neural-passageway.click or 073571824, we will try to resolve the matter from the Rueso office before either side files.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page. A sitting already confirmed keeps the terms that were in place on the day of confirmation, together with the refunds page as it then read.
