Privacy notice

This notice explains how Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. handles personal data when you visit neural-passageway.click or ask for a consultation. It is written for the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

Data controller

Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. is the data controller. The office is at Tambon Rueso, Amphoe Rueso, Narathiwat 96150. Email info@neural-passageway.click. Telephone 073571824. Malee Charoenwong is the person who answers privacy requests.

What we collect

From the inquiry form: your name, email address, the consultation you select, a preferred date, and the message you write about where you are in a purchase. If you later book, we also keep the papers you choose to bring, such as wage slips, statements, and loan booklets, and the note we write for you. The site records your cookie choice in local storage in this browser under the key described on the cookies page.

Please keep account numbers, national identification numbers, and full card numbers out of the first message. We ask for identity documents only when a sitting is confirmed and only to the extent the note requires them.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to reply within two working days and to arrange a sitting. We use client papers to prepare the consultation you booked. The lawful bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to the office. Where a paper is sensitive, we ask for it only because you are providing it for the sitting you requested.

We send the occasional note about a change to your confirmed appointment. We do not sell addresses and we do not add inquiry emails to an unrelated mailing list.

Retention

Inquiries that do not become a sitting are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Engagement files, including the note and the papers you gave us, are kept for five years after the last meeting so we can answer a question about what was written, and so the company’s accounting records can be shown if required. You may ask us to delete a file earlier where the law allows it.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to a use, and to receive a copy in a portable form where the Act provides that right. Write to info@neural-passageway.click. We respond within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

International transfers

The planners read mail in Rueso. Email can pass through servers outside Thailand while a message is delivered. We do not place client files on a foreign archive as a matter of routine. Fonts on the public site are requested from Google, which may process your IP address outside Thailand; that request is described on the cookies page. If we ever appoint a processor that stores engagement files outside Thailand, we will tell the clients affected before that storage begins.

Sharing

We share your papers when you ask us to, for example if you want a copy sent to your lawyer. We also share information if Thai law requires it. Staff of the company who prepare your note see the file. A lender does not receive your file from us unless you hand them the note yourself.
