These are the explanations we end up repeating in the Rueso room. They use round illustrations. Your papers replace the illustrations when you book a sitting.
The booking fee is not the whole of the cash
A seller asks for thirty thousand baht to hold a house. Households often subtract that from the price and stop counting. The land office has not opened the file yet.
Put the truck installment on the same page as the house
The pickup that carries goods to Sungai Kolok already has a monthly number. A housing installment has to live in the same month, not in a separate dream.
Decide the names before the lawyer is in the room
A mother in Ra-ngae wants her name on the house because the deposit is hers. Her daughter will pay the bank. Those two facts need a conversation before anyone drafts a contract.
Budget the month when rent and the house overlap
The landlord wants a month's notice. The house you are buying still needs a meter and a week of cleaning. Those days have a cost that never appears in the advertisement.
