The practice
A registered office for the months before a house changes hands
Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. was registered in 2015. The office is in Tambon Rueso, Amphoe Rueso, Narathiwat 96150. The work is financial planning for households preparing to buy a home.
How the company began
Malee Charoenwong spent the years before registration sitting at kitchen tables in Narathiwat and Pattani with families who were about to sign for a house. The pattern was stubborn: a booking fee had been paid, a relative had named a monthly amount, and nobody had written the transfer costs or the installments already running. In 2015 she registered the company so that work had a fixed room, a fee agreed in advance, and a note the household could keep.
The name on the certificate is Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd.. In the office we talk about the passageway: the stretch of months between a serious viewing and the day the land office records a transfer. The company stayed in Tambon Rueso so clients from Waeng, Ra-ngae, Su-ngai Kolok, and the neighbouring provinces could bring papers without a day in Hat Yai.
Arif bin Lateh joined in 2019 after years on a branch credit desk. He took the debt-column meetings. The two of them still read every readiness note before it leaves the office.
The people in the room
Malee Charoenwong
Principal planner. She trained in household financial planning and has sat with buyers in Narathiwat and Pattani since 2004. She leads the readiness reviews and the joint-buyer sittings, and she writes the notes in Thai or English.
Arif bin Lateh
Associate planner, with the practice since 2019. He conducts the household debt reviews and can hold a meeting in Thai or in Melayu when a family is more at ease that way. He came from a credit desk and still thinks in booklets and repeating payments.
How we work with a household
We ask for papers before we offer encouragement. A figure you cannot show us does not go into the note. A parent whose money is in the deposit is invited into the room. If the diary is full, we say the next open week rather than compress a note into an evening.
The practice does its work in the Rueso room and, when the road is difficult, by a scheduled telephone conversation. Loan approval stays with the institution you approach. Title and the sale contract stay with your lawyer and the land office. We keep the engagement file so you can ask, a year later, what number we actually wrote.
Beside this district
Many clients are still tenants. Some are buying a second house after a parent’s land is divided. A few want a note they can show either a conventional bank or the Islamic Bank of Thailand, and the note is written so either conversation can start from the same deposit figure and the same column of existing payments. We are neighbours to the households we sit with: market days, school terms, and the remittances that do not pause for a purchase.
