Cancellations and return of fees

These rules apply to consultations booked with Neural Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. at Tambon Rueso, Amphoe Rueso, Narathiwat 96150. They cover planning fees for readiness reviews, mapping sittings, debt reviews, and joint-buyer conversations. Write refund requests to info@neural-passageway.click or call 073571824.

When a full return applies

If you cancel before the first meeting, and before we have started the written note, the planning fee is returned in full. Ask within seven days of the transfer if you are cancelling a booking you have just paid and have not yet sat. We also return the fee in full if we cancel the sitting and cannot offer another week you can attend within one month.

Partial return

If the first meeting of a readiness review has taken place and the written note has not been started, half the fee is returned and half is kept for the meeting already held. Mapping, the debt review, and the joint-buyer conversation are single sittings: once the sitting has been held, the fee stands, because the page you came for has been prepared.

When the fee is kept

Once work on the written readiness note has started, the readiness fee is kept. A confirmed meeting that you miss without notice is kept as the fee for that sitting. For a readiness review, a missed first meeting ends the engagement unless we agree a new date; the fee already paid is kept. A missed second meeting, after the note has been delivered, does not create a further charge and does not create a refund.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed meeting once if you tell us at least two working days before the appointment. A second move, or a move with shorter notice, is treated as a missed sitting unless we have a gap that week and agree to use it. We reschedule without a fee change when we are the ones who cannot open the office.

Advance payment

The fee is paid in full by bank transfer before the first meeting. It is the charge for the consultation, collected ahead of the sitting so the week is held for you.

Official copies and other outlays

Planning fees do not include land-office copies, surveys, or a lawyer. If you ask us to pay an official fee and we have not yet paid it, that sum is returned with any cancellation. Once we have paid the land office or another office on your written request, that outlay is returned only if the office itself refunds it to us.

How a return is made

Email info@neural-passageway.click with the name on the booking, the sitting you booked, and the date of payment. We confirm within five working days whether a full return, a partial return, or no return applies under the sections above. Money goes back by transfer to the same account that paid, within fourteen working days of that confirmation.

Illness and other exceptions

If you or a person who must attend a joint sitting is ill, tell us before the appointment and we move the sitting rather than treat it as a missed meeting. If a necessary person cannot attend a joint-buyer conversation, we reschedule; we do not hold the sitting and then refund it afterward for an absence we could have moved. A readiness note already delivered remains delivered.
