Mapping is the short sitting. You have a price, perhaps a booking deadline, and you want to see whether the cash in hand covers the deposit and the land-office costs, and what monthly amount that price implies. You leave the same day with a one-page tally, not a full readiness note.
Arrangement
One sitting and a one-page tally
The Rueso office, or by telephone
4,800 baht
Who it is for
Buyers who already have a specific house, shophouse, or plot and a date by which the seller wants an answer.
What you leave with
A one-page tally: cash to complete the deposit after the booking fee, an estimate of the buyer's share of transfer costs to confirm at the land office, and a monthly amount at the price you named.
Included in the sitting
- Ninety minutes with a planner
- A one-page tally you take home the same day
- A plain reading of whether the booking fee has been treated as the whole of the cash
Handled with other professionals
- A full reconstruction of several years of debt is the household debt review, not this sitting
- The seller's contract terms are for you and your lawyer to settle
How it unfolds
-
01
Name the property and the price
When you write, tell us the asking price, any booking fee already paid, and the date the seller gave you.
-
02
Sit for ninety minutes
We build the tally from the price and from the installments you already know you pay. Bring statements if you have them; a careful verbal list can be enough for this short sitting.
-
03
Take the page home
You leave with the tally. If the page shows a gap you did not expect, you can book the full readiness review afterward; the mapping fee is not deducted from that later fee.
What to bring
- The asking price and any booking receipt
- A note of installments you already pay each month
- The deed type if the seller has told you
Fee and limits
4,800 baht, agreed before the sitting and paid by bank transfer. The fee does not change with the price of the house.
This sitting does not produce the multi-page readiness note. If the papers are tangled, we will say so in the meeting and suggest the longer review.
